The Artist Mr. HRISTO PANEV was born in 1942 in the village of Krepost, Hascovo district.

In 1969 graduated in graphics from the Sts Cyril and Methodius University of Veliko Turnovo.1976 -member of the Union of Bulgarian Artist.
